High-Quality PCB Manufacturing with Regulus: Fast, Reliable, and Versatile

4 types of printed circuit boards (PCBs)

Manufacture of printed circuit boards - this is one of the main directions of Regulus. We offer a wide range of services for the production of rigid (PCB) and flexible (FPC), as well as rigid-flex (RFPC) printed circuit boards of different complexity and different size of the party. Due to the large experience of manufacture, continuous improvement and perfection of the supply chain, you get a high-quality printed circuit boards at the output with minimum production period.

Rigid Printed Circuit (PCB)

PCB Production Process

REGULUS manufactures high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) with a rigorous approach, standardized operating procedures, and advanced equipment. Great products need reliable engineering and tailored manufacturing processes!

HDI Capability & Via Types in PCB Board

HDI Board (High Density Interconnector)

An HDI board is a high-density circuit board using micro blind and buried via technology. It has both inner and outer layers, connected through drilling and metallization processes.

When PCB density exceeds eight layers, HDI manufacturing becomes more cost-effective than traditional methods. HDI boards offer better electrical performance, signal accuracy, and improvements in radio frequency interference, electromagnetic interference, electrostatic discharge, and thermal conductivity.

Rigid-Flex Circuit (RFPC)

Rigid flex circuits combine the pros of both rigid boards and flexible circuits integrated together into one circuit.  The two-in-one circuit is interconnected through plated through holes. Rigid Flex Assemblies allow the end user to process multiple board and cable terminations in one pass of the reflow process.
