Phase I: Inspection for Samples (Prototyping)
Before moving to full-scale production, our QA team conducts an exhaustive evaluation of initial samples. This phase is critical for validating design integrity and material compatibility.

Comprehensive Reliability Testing

PCBA Level: Subjecting the circuit board to functional circuit testing (FCT), in-circuit testing (ICT), and thermal stress analysis to ensure electrical stability.

Box Build Level: Subjecting the fully assembled system to rigorous environmental tests—including thermal cycling, vibration, and functional load testing—to ensure real-world durability.

Customer Approval Bridge: We provide detailed inspection reports for customer sign-off, ensuring the final output aligns perfectly with your expectations before the moving into mass production.
Phase II: Inspection Process for Mass Production
Once the design is validated, our facility switches to a high-efficiency, multi-stage monitoring system designed for consistency and scale.

IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Strict verification of all raw materials and components upon receipt to prevent defects at the source.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Real-time monitoring during PCB assembly and box build integration to identify and correct deviations instantly.

FQC (Final Quality Control): A comprehensive end-of-line inspection covering functional testing and aesthetic standards before products are accepted into the warehouse for delivery.

IPQC: Manufacturing Integrity (AUDIT & PQC)
Our process quality control is divided into two specialized functions:

AUDIT (Process Standards): We enforce Golden Sample Confirmation and maintain strict RoHS, REACH, and ESD control across the facility.

PQC (Production Quality Control): Dedicated monitoring for SMT & THT (DIP) assembly, including programming and functional test quality control.

OQC: Final Shipment Verification
Before leaving our facility, every order undergoes a final Outgoing Shipping Inspection to ensure packaging, labeling, and product functionality are flawless.
